Your systems keep running, and keep getting better.

  • Moving routine work to autopilot once it has earned trust

What your people get back to

The time the systems were built to free up.

  • A monthly health report showing every run, every fix, and your change credits
  • Change credits each month to tune the systems as your business changes
  • Regular reviews against your Business Insight Sprint baseline, in hours and dollars
  • One fixed monthly fee, quoted before you sign and never billed by the hour
  • Everything runs in accounts you own, so the systems, code, and documentation stay with you

How it works

  1. HandoffYour systems go live with monitoring built in. Schedule A lists every covered system and its complexity score.
  2. HypercareThe first 60 days after go-live are included in the build. Most fixes happen here.
  3. RunFrom day 61 the plan runs month to month: monitored, fixed within target, tuned within your change credits.
  4. ReviewResults reviewed against your Business Insight Sprint baseline. Fix what is underperforming, then pick the next task.

The plan is part of the build agreement, and you can opt out in writing any time before day 45.

Questions owners ask

How is the fee set?

A base for your service level, plus an amount for each covered system, weighted by complexity. Systems that only touch Google Workspace weigh least. Systems that read third-party platforms weigh most. Links between systems add to the score, so a connected stack pays more than the same systems running apart. The fee is fixed for the term and quoted before you sign.

What are the service levels?

Three: Covered, Managed, and Priority. Managed is the default at handoff, with a 1 business day acknowledgment, a 3 business day restore target, a monthly health report, and a quarterly baseline review call. Covered is lighter, with quarterly reports and fixed quotes for changes. Priority has limited seats, with same-day acknowledgment, next-business-day restore, monthly review calls, and priority scheduling on new builds.

What happens when I need a change?

Change requests come in through one form and are made within your monthly change credits. Anything larger gets a fixed quote before work starts. Nothing is billed by the hour.

How will I know it is working?

Every fix is logged in your own account, and your health report shows the month's runs, restore times, and credits used. The numbers recorded in your Business Insight Sprint keep being measured after go-live, so every review shows the result plainly, in hours and dollars.

What if I leave the plan?

You can opt out in writing any time before day 45. Everything runs in tools you already own, so if you ever leave, the systems, the code, and the documentation stay with you.
