Lead Generation and Outreach
Find the people most likely to buy, and spend your sales time on them.
Agents build your prospect list from public signals in your market, scores every lead against your ideal customer, explains each score, and drafts a personalized first message. Follow-up goes out on schedule, and every lead’s status is tracked in one place.
Sound familiar?
- Your best prospects are out there, but nobody has time to find them.

- Follow-up happens when someone remembers.
- Every first message sounds the same.

Built and running in a real business
For my online coaching service I built a pipeline that starts with people publicly engaging with climbing gyms and brands on LinkedIn and Instagram. A list of several thousand accounts is filtered in staged passes: duplicates, existing clients, and poor fits come out, and borderline cases are flagged for a person to decide. A classifier then scores each prospect from 0 to 10 across four fit criteria, rules out poor fits automatically, and writes a short rationale and a personalized angle for each one. I paired it with personalized text outreach sent from a spreadsheet with every message's status tracked, and a pipeline that moves website form leads straight into a sheet.

Questions owners ask
-
Your sales time goes to the people most likely to buy instead of sorting through everyone. Every good lead gets a first message and follow-up on schedule, so fewer of them slip away. More conversations with the right people means more closed sales.
-
Your own website forms, your CRM, and public engagement with the brands, venues, and content your buyers already follow, collected within each platform’s rules. Where a platform doesn’t allow automation, the list building and sending stay manual and the system does the sorting, scoring, and drafting.
-
Not at the start. A person approves messages until the system has earned your trust.
-
Consent requirements such as the TCPA and CAN-SPAM apply. They get reviewed for your situation before anything is sent.
